Additional Information

The ring went missing in January, 1983 while I was living in Vestavia, Alabama.  I hired a sitter to come to my home to take care of my 6 month old while I returned to work.  The sitter showed up for the first 3 days and on the 4th day was a “no show”. She would never answer my phone calls.  After checking valuables in my jewelry box, I realized my high school ring was missing.  I have never been able to replace it.  I have hoped that perhaps she pawned it or lost the ring.
