Ladies cocktail ring I thought it was a butterfly design but I think it's the heart design as shown above. April stone with a smooth cut and starburst design as seen on the second picture. I'm pretty sure it was stolen by a friend and pawned in mid to late 1980's either in Milwaukee WI or Beloit WI areas.
