I am in the military and received orders in 2014 to relocate from Monterey, CA to Yokosuka, Japan. I departed the US from SEATAC International Airport in Seattle, WA. I had two checked bags. One bag contained all of military uniforms and items, and the other was a personal bag containing civilian clothing and my jewelry. The personal bag never made it to Japan. My ring amongst other jewelry items were in that bag.Â
